TRACE Counselling & Psychology is an online-only practice based in Victoria, providing psychological therapy to adults aged 18 and over across Australia.

Noel currently has limited availability for ongoing individual psychological therapy. He welcomes referrals where his approach and scope are likely to be a good fit.

Areas of interest

Noel particularly welcomes adults experiencing:

• anxiety or depression

• burnout and occupational stress

• perfectionism and self-criticism

• relationship difficulties

• grief and loss

• life transitions and identity exploration

• feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected

• longstanding emotional or relational patterns

He has a particular interest in working with people in the helping professions, including students and emerging practitioners.

Suitable referrals

TRACE is best suited to adults seeking voluntary, ongoing outpatient therapy who are able to engage safely in regular sessions.

Noel is currently accepting referrals for ongoing individual psychological therapy. A Medicare rebate may be available through the Better Access initiative with an appropriate GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.

TRACE does not currently accept:

• mandated clients

• clients requiring externally funded treatment pathways

• acute/crisis presentations

• active high-risk presentations requiring a higher level of care

• active AOD presentations

• clients currently experiencing violence or significant safety concerns

Referring

Referrals can be made by contacting TRACE directly.

A formal referral letter is not required to make an initial enquiry, although relevant clinical information can be provided where appropriate and with the client's consent.
